Wā Waiata

This week was a busy week but our highlight would have been our noho marae. We got to experience tikanga marae, whakawhanaungatanga and waiata all in our very own Te Whare Āwhina.

Wiki tuarima TAU KĒ!!!

I tēnei wiki, i māhi mātou i te maha o ngā mahi, heoi, ānei kē ētahi o ā mātou mahi i mahia.
I ako tahi mātou ko te akomanga o 21 i te waiata "Ko tōku marae tēnei", ā, ko tēnei tētahi o ngā pukapuka e pānui ana i te kura.
This week we've done a lot of mahi, so, here is just a snippet of what what we've done.
We learnt a new song along with room 21, the song is also one of the books we have been reading at kura called "Ko tōku marae tēnei".

We have also been designing and creating our art master pieces for our hall display. Our art depicts our whānau, each koru represents someone in our whānau which aligns to our kaupapa "Tō mātou wāhi". Here are some of these works in process.

Ngā mihi nui ki ngā kaiwhiwhi katoa i whiwhi tiwhikete i tēnei wiki, KA MAU TE WEHI!!
